New and improved UI for Rules Listing

We revamped the UI for our Rules Table in the past week making it more easy to use.

💎 Improvements

• Rules Filtering Now you can use quick filters to switch between All, Pinned & Active Rules.
• Advance Actions
  • Bulk Activate/Deactivate Rules
  • Create Rule directly in a group
• Rules Status within group shown outside if the group is collapsed
• Rules Description will now be visible on hover on the info icon(i) in the rules list.
